Lakeside strolls, woodland walks and frolicking in the wildflower meadow are all on offer at this lodge in the Devon countryside. The complex sits on the banks of Roadford Lake where an activity centre on the other side of the water offers boating, canoeing and sailing. Just a short drive away, you’ve got the beautiful scenery of the Dartmoor National Park – perfect for day hikes and biking trails. The lodge is everything you want for a country getaway – a private hot tub tucked away down the side and a patio to enjoy sunny days dining alfresco. Inside, the plush living room feels cosy with a moss-green palette reminiscent of forest walks. A kitchen provides everything you need for self-catering with the added bonus of a dedicated wine fridge to keep your bubbly and whites chilled. The forest-green motif continues in the bedrooms for a sound sleep.
